President of Barcelona, Joan Laporta has sent a message to all other football clubs concerning the signing of top players in the next transfer windows.

Laporta was speaking in an interview that was reported on the official Twitter account of transfer news expert Fabrizio Romano on Monday, January 3rd,2022. According to reports from the interview, he said they are working to build a top team in the league. He also said Barcelona are back in the transfer market as a big player.

Barcelona have signed Ferran Torres from Manchester City which will see him stay at the club until 2027.
