Liverpool Football Club have completed the first part of Luis Diaz medical ahead of his move to Anfield.

Transfer News expert, Fabrizio Romano confirmed the news on his official Twitter account on Sunday, January 30th, 2022. According to the tweet, Porto and Liverpool have agreed on a €40 million deal plus add-ons of €20 million.

Diaz completed the first part of his medical in Argentina while on international duty with Colombia ahead of the World Cup qualifying game against Argentina on Tuesday, February 1st, 2022.

He is expected to sign a five-year deal in the next coming days before the end of the transfer window.
