The Premier League announced the nominee for the best save in April 2023. The Blue's number-one shot-stopper, Kepa Arrizabalaga was nominated for the award for his save against Brighton despite the poor form of his teammates in the game.

Kepa has been fantastic for the Blues this season, his form is the reason why they are part of the top five teams when it comes to goals conceded.
