Davido has teased fans with hints on how many movies he would be working on.

Following the successful release of one of the biggest projects of 2023, with his fourth studio album titled Timeless, multiple award-winning singer David Adeleke, who is popularly known as Davido, is set to take another industry which is not music by storm with the latest project he is working on.

The singer, in a post on his social media platform, confirmed that he is currently working on movies that would soon be released for viewing. The post, which was shared on his social media platform in the early hours of today, Tuesday, September 26, 2023, confirmed that the singer has been featured in more than just one movie, and it is uncertain if these projects would be local or international projects.

From all indications, this announcement is different from his previous one, where he revealed that he had a Netflix series which would centre around his life on the way. During a recent interview with Esquire Middle East, the Afrobeats sensation revealed exciting news about an upcoming docuseries centred around his life. Titled "David," this captivating series is set to premiere on Netflix this coming December 2023.

He said, "I have a movie coming out in December with Netflix. It’s very, very big. This is the first time I’ve said anything about it, actually. It’s a documentary-a docu-series about my life called ‘David’. I shouldn’t be talking about this."
